Gheorghe Caraseni was born on 16 September 1971.
He graduated from the State University of Moldova, Faculty of Law. Then he attended a number of training courses in different countries, held by UN Habitat Program, Geneva, Switzerland, Council of Europe, Amnesty International - Great Britain, Street Law Inc., Washington, USA; COLPI, Budapest, Hungary, Helsinki Foundation Warsaw, Poland, Iowa Council for International Understanding etc.

In 2002 he got Master degree in Non-Profit Administration at the University of Minnesota, USA.

He is the holder of Master`s degree in Non-Profit Management.

As a Trainer / Consultant Gheorghe is outstanding and unique, managing to combine his experience of over 12 years of activity in non-governmental sector with over 6 years of experience in business sector.

His courses are attended annually by about 700 people of different ages, nationalities, professions, such as: NGO members, policemen, businesspeople, salesmen, managers, teenagers, teachers, children, church leaders.
